Country music star Kenny Chesney has recorded the sale of his Franklin, Tennessee home, The Real Deal reports. The mansion changed hands for $11.5 million.
Listed in August 2021 for $14 million, the 56-acre estate sold at an 18 percent discount in late December. Chesney purchased the newly built property in 2009 for $9.25 million.
With over 12,500 square feet of living space and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, this massive home features 150-year-old reclaimed walnut floors, Venetian plaster walls, hand-carved cedar and Douglas fir beams, and a limestone fireplace.
